Dear Mr. & Mrs. Fort:

I would like to commend your work crew’s quick response to my emergency last Thursday night, March 9, 2006. After the tree fell onto my house and through my kitchen ceiling, I called my insurance agent, Ricky Greenwell, with Farm Bureau. He contacted your company and your came out that night as soon as the storm passed and it was safe.

At approximately 8:30 p.m. Rob Houser, along with Dave and James, came out to my house and quickly got started. They were friendly, professional, helpful, and hard-working. They immediately went to work removing the limbs that had pierced the roof and putting temporary patches in place. Inside the house they removed the protruding limbs, cleaned out the wet parts of the ceiling, and stapled plastic up to cover the holes. They cleaned up all of the debris that had fallen inside the house. They were at my house until midnight making sure that it was safe for me to remain. Rob came back the next morning to see if things were still OK. You have excellent people working for you and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated their quick response and all of their help.

I also want to thank you for taking care of contacting a tree service to remove the tree. Jim’s Tree Service was able to get it all taken down and removed on Saturday except for the stump which they removed on Sunday. Rob and a co-worker came on Saturday to put a better patch on the roof once the tree was completely removed and took care of a leak where the tree had been. I have also met Mr. Brewer, the electrician, whom you contacted on my behalf.

The services you have provided to date have done much to alleviate the worry and concern of trying to find good, reputable companies to take care of my needs. I really do appreciate all that you have done! My colleague, DeAnn McMullen, at West Kentucky Community & Technical College where I teach, also spoke highly of your company and of you both personally. It is very reassuring to know your company has an excellent reputation.

Based upon the excellent service I have received so far, I look forward to you restoring my home. I am happy to recommend Fort Services to anyone needing your services!
